AI tools can now help teams create a large number of short videos in a single day.
But creating more videos is only part of the job. The bigger challenge is figuring out which ideas are worth repeating, which creators and hooks bring in traffic, and how to keep publishing without losing track of what is working.

Start with a clear goal
My goal is not just to get more views. I want to reach nearby people who are interested in fitness and turn some of them into trial-class bookings, personal-training leads, or members.

I wouldn’t enter something broad like “Fitness.” Pamba uses this information later when it looks for content ideas and creates videos, so the audience and content direction should be specific enough to match the business goal.

After this setup, Pamba knows more than “this is a fitness brand.” It also has context on who Geek Fitness wants to reach, what those people care about, and what the gym wants to sell.
That context shapes what kind of TikTok content Pamba should help surface next.
Choose the right creators
To keep producing fitness videos, Geek Fitness needs a consistent person on screen.
Pamba does this with AI creators. Each one works like a virtual fitness coach or on-camera host that can appear across many videos. Scripts, scenes, and videos can all be built around the same creator.
For Geek Fitness, I’d start with a few different creator types:
- Friendly coach: a female creator who feels approachable, like a personal trainer.

Creating one starts with a description of the age, look, clothing, and overall style. Pamba then generates several options, so the best-fitting look and voice can be selected.

Once a creator is ready, different scenes can be added. The same person can appear in different outfits, backgrounds, and settings, so every video does not have to look the same.

As content testing expands, one creator may not be enough.
If Geek Fitness runs several TikTok accounts and wants to test different hooks, topics, audiences, and content styles, multiple AI creators can take on different roles. One can feel more expert, another more friendly, and another more like an everyday office worker.
That means the test is not only which video performs best. It can also compare which creator, content style, and hook are more likely to bring in traffic.
Pamba can manage several avatars in the same workspace, so more creators can be added as content volume and account count grow instead of forcing every video to use the same person.

Create AI videos from references, ideas, or scripts
Once the AI creators are ready, they need content.

The most direct option is to start with an existing TikTok.

For this test, I picked a fat-loss video and assigned Sofia to it. Pamba broke the reference into several scenes, wrote a new script, and built a new structure instead of jumping straight to the final video.

Once the draft looks right, Pamba can generate the final video. Each scene is created and combined into one video, and individual takes can still be replaced, trimmed, or given a text hook if needed.
Start from an idea
A reference video is not required when the topic is already clear.
For example, Geek Fitness could start with a prompt like this:
Create a 30-second video for busy professionals about three mistakes that make it harder to stay consistent with the gym. Keep it practical and direct.
Pamba then uses that idea to create the script and draft for the selected avatar.

Use an exact script
If the full script is already written, Pamba can use it directly instead of rewriting the message.
This is useful for a team that already has a content process or wants tighter control over the wording, CTA, and brand voice.

Distribute AI videos
Once several videos are being created at the same time, the next question is where each creator’s content should go and when it should be published.
Schedule your posts
Videos can be assigned to different accounts in advance, with a caption and publishing time set for each one. This gives every creator its own publishing rhythm.
Pamba’s scheduling also makes the test broader than “which video performed best.” Geek Fitness can compare different combinations of creators, topics, and publishing times.


Publish through real phones
At the scheduled time, Pamba publishes through a real phone. It opens the TikTok or Instagram app and posts the video to the assigned account through the native mobile app.
Track and analyze performance
After publishing, the next step is to see which videos, creators, and accounts are actually bringing in traffic.
Pamba brings together account and video performance, including views, likes, and comments. Results can also be compared by avatar.
Geek Fitness can then use those results to decide what to test next: which creators deserve more content, which topics need more variations, and which directions should get less attention.
